The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) issued a second set of advice to the European Commission regarding the equivalence to the European Markets Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR) of the regulatory regimes for over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives clearing, central counterparties (CCPs), and trade repositories (TRs) of Canada, India, and South Korea.
