Treasury issuance during the year is based on the Government Debt Management Prospect, published at the beginning of each year. In view of the Treasury’s success in obtaining funding in 2011, it was decided to cancel two planned Treasury bond auctions in December. At the end of December, Government Debt Management (GDM) published the Prospect for the year 2012.
